Shipping & Returns

The delivery time is stated with the articles. On working days we usually ship it the same day. Below the different options:

Delivery time before 21:00: Then it will be delivered the next day. After 21:00 that is one day later. There is no shipping during the weekend, so the next working day is the shipping date.

Delivery time 1-2 days : Delivery takes 1-2 days after order. There is no shipping during the weekend, so the next working day is the shipping date.

Delivery time 2-3 days: Delivery takes 2-3 days after order. There is no shipping during the weekend, so the next working day is the shipping date.

Return

Returns are of course possible. Is the product not as you expected, or is there something unexpectedly wrong with the product? Then you can of course return your purchase in accordance with the applicable guidelines.

Is there something functionally wrong with the product?

If there is something wrong with the product, we would like to contact you in advance, so that we can see with you how we can arrange the delivery as quickly as possible.

What can't be returned?

  • Products damaged by use.
  • Products that have not been used for their intended purpose.
  • Products that have been mounted, where it was not clear in advance that the product or parts were not in order.

 

What are the return costs?

  • Return costs do not apply to you as a customer if you use the package labels proposed and supplied by us. If you decide to use another carrier, you are free to do so, but the costs will not be reimbursed

Depreciation

We may charge costs for any reduction in value that arises because you have used the item in a different way than you would in a store.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so, you can also do so via our email. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will pay you back using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

When will I receive my money back?

Did you cancel or return the order? You will first receive a confirmation from us by e-mail as soon as the order has been cancelled. If you have returned something and it has arrived at our warehouse, the item will be checked whether it meets the return guidelines. You will then receive a notification by email. We will then refund the amount within the legal period of 10 days. This applies to all payment methods.
